School is off to a merry start and it is Labor Day Weekend already signalling the end. Of summer. It is my favorite season. And for me, it signifies much more that another year has passed than New Year's does perhaps because of school. The start of a new school year is a big stressor for me. I abhor it. Summer, summer, summer, summer, summer! Oh why can't it stay summer?
So three boxes of chocolates this month has undone the maintenance I had managed during the summer. Not losing. Not gaining. That was a good spot for me. Until the dreaded school start and chocolate binge. I think I am done with the chocolate binge. Maybe. I am reserving a definitive answer on that until the end of the weekend. But this week, post chocolate binge, I am back to enjoying my fizzes. I am back on a bar or to-go shake in the mornings and a Lean Cuisine for lunch. Still feel like I am sprinting too much to make a real shake, but that will be next week's goal.
Exercise has been sporadic; actually kinda like the beach. It has come in waves. Laps in the pool; yoga. Walking. Hopefully now that we are back on a routine with the rest of our life, busy such that it is, I can get back into my exercising.
